Our company began manufacturing insulated glass in 2000, and currently our insulated glass a very technologically advanced product. Insulated glass consists of two or three panes of glass, permanently connected with each other by using two-stage seal of the highest quality, which significantly affects its tightness (durability).

 

Insulated glass is manufactured in accordance with the PNEN 1279 standard and bears CE mark. Production is carried out on automated lines using only the highest quality proven components. As a mnufacturer of insulated glass, we keep control of the process at every stage, ensuring the high quality of the final product.

 

We offer glass of any shape, also according to templates. Depending on the purpose we offer the following categories:szyby zespolone

  • Solar control insulated glass (g[%] 43-19)
  • Sound absorbing insulated glass (Rw[dB] 31-45)
  • Structural double glazing (retracted spacer)
  • Safety and security insulated glass (ESG tempered, VSG laminated)
  • Burglar resistant insulated glass (P2A- P4A class)
  • Bulletproof insulated glass (P6B_BR1"S" - P8B_BR5"S" class)
  • Fire-rated insulated glass (EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60, EI90)
  • Self-cleaning glass
  • Glazing using electrically frosted glass
  • Glazing with decorative glass
  • Glazing with internal muntins
  • Glazing with a warm edge spacer

 

Types of spacers:

  • Aluminum spacer (width: 6,8,10,12,14,15,16,18,20,22,24mm)ummm

  • Lacquered (RAL colours)
  • SWISSPACER warm spacer (colours: grey, light grey, white, brown, light brown, black)
  • THERMIX warm spacer (colours: grey, light brown, deep brown, black)

Types of interglass muntins:

  • Width 8mm; colours: silver, gold, white
  • Width 18,26,45mm; colours: standard white, lacquered in any RAL colour, wood-like veneer
  • Vienna 20,25,30mm aluminum
  • Vienna SWISSPACER (warm) 20mm

 

Maximum glass dimensions: 5000x2700mm
